These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Falcon Prime Solutions FZE, concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications, software, and websites. By using our services, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Falcon Prime Solutions FZE and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
